This online training offers interactive equipping that introduces the four core coaching skills (listening, expanding, focusing and empowering) as well as the IDEA Coaching Pathway.

Before the Training:

Four, online pre-sessions that need to be completed before the live online training.

Live Training:

Four, live, online training sessions focused on learning and practicing conducting breakthrough coaching conversations. Each day consists of four hours of instruction.
