Focused Living Retreat

CORE Training
Training that introduces leaders to the core, essential concepts of leadership development and personal coaching. CORE I – Leadership Development, CORE II – Personal Coaching; each event a two-day experiential training delivered on-site to your team, organization or church.

Coach/Mentor CERTIFICATION
A four-day, intensive training experience that provides certification of leadership development coaches/mentors. THREE Phases: (1) preparation for the training and orientation, (2) the four-days of leadership development coach training, and (3) coach apprenticing with four recruited individuals. STUCK! The Transition Workshop
Three sessions based on Terry Walling’s new book STUCK! This workshop helps leaders to recognize the characteristics of a transition, to know how God uses transitions to shape His followers, and to learn how to better navigate a transition. Tell Me More »

Band of Brothers Retreat
A six-session, Men’s Retreat that creatively introduces the essentials of leadership development, using clips from the HBO mini-series, interactions, discussions and the calling of men to live lives that make a difference and to fight for their own hearts, their families and the Church. Breakthru Expeditions
Two-to-three day outdoor events that use spectacular outdoor settings that introduce leaders to the power of their story and contribution. It introduces leaders to the core assumptions and values of Leader Breakthru. Tell Me More »

APEX
An eight-session event focused on surfacing a leader’s contribution to a team or organization. APEX is for leaders ages 45-55 who are often encountering the “Deciding Transition.” APEX resources the identification of major roles and the effective methods of leaders.
