Allen is an incredible thinker, who has the ability to network people and ideas together, in order to see both those people and those ideas reach their maximum potential. He does not settle for anything but an all out effort to continually advance the Kingdom of God.

Allen has been trained to be a Leader Breakthru Certified Coach. Allen is currently partnering with Leader Breakthru to imbed Leadership Development into the DNA of the Anglican Mission in America. His role as Cannon is to be one of those gifted leaders of this new denomination focused on fueling a movement of risk-taking leaders and churches.
