Each quarter, leaders will experience:

• Training — 1-day of teaching and training in leadership development… new ideas and tools focused on personal growth.
• Focused Discussions — 2-meetings per quarter, 90-minutes, meeting with other members of the group for focused discussion and taking the concepts deeper.
• Phone Coaching — 4-phone coaching appointments (60-minutes each) for each leader, helping to take the application of the concepts personal.
