Peer, experiential, learning communities - coaching is provided in-between meetings.
Access to the TRAC Group Coaching/Training Modules - TRAC 101, 201,301 & 401.
Life changing interactions, typically held monthly with peer coaching.

The Mentoring10 Package includes:

One-on-one, individualized coaching-mentoring focused on personal growth.
Unique and tailored appointments to help you move to the next level of leadership and influence.
1, 2-day on-site consultation, 8 coaching calls over the phone and 1 in-the-field connection.
