Leadership Development Coaching Certification consists of:

• Pre-training orientation and four coaching calls
• Four-days of intense, coaching and skills training
• 20-hours of post-training tele-classes + supervised coaching practice

The LB Coach-mentor model will cause those trained to be able to:

• Know and personally apply leadership development paradigms

• Identify leadership development transitions and their purposes

Seven steps in the Leader Breakthru Coach Certification Process:

1. Email Leader Breakthru to register and pay on-line.
2. Initial 60-min. phone appointment with Leader Breakthru Coach/Mentor
3. Four phone coaching appointments with Leader Breakthru Coach/Mentor
4. Complete Focused Living On-line process and pre-training assignments.
5. Four-day Coach Training Intensive, with on-line follow-up
6. Supervised coaching of four individuals (assigned Leader Breakthru mentor)
7. Feedback and Certification (access to Leader Breakthru resources)

Leader Breakthru Coach Certification process utilizes the coaching model of CORE Coaching Skills Certification program offered by Creative Results Management (Dr. Keith Webb). The LB certification is designed to work in conjunction with CORE Coaching, and can help further prepare a leader for the CORE coaching skills training.
